It takes me a little while to really learn one machine cuz I keep bouncing around different machines. This is my CNC Router that I converted to plasma with some 3D printed parts I designed and a relay to fire the torch. Getting ready for Christmas.
@admin There is a pile of slag in the shop floor i leave there to catch falling metal. I am still working on the water pan to catch the drops and help keep the sheet metal cool to reduce warping.
@admin I deburr with a wire wheel on a M18 side grinder. When you have all the setting right, Feed and speed, Torch height, there is little to no slag to clean off.
I have so many questions. Is it like welding? Was the black clamp like a negative lead? How the fuck are you gonna deburr that thing? How much metal is that dumping onto the shop floor from all the sparks? What is the kerf lol
