Finally setup some of my cameras. Nothing special. Calibrated the c02 as well as the fiber. The fiber camera is like 2mm off when I update the overlay in lightburn but either way, only using it to watch the progress of some jobs and works great.
Ugh, this co2 lately has been becoming a bigger and bigger headache. Any idea as to why it's firing at the wrong times? (as you can see with the random lines)
I got asked if I could engrave a pool ball. This was the test run. The engraving looked so/so but added some powder coating paint, melted it with heat gun then cleaned it. Luckily I have more pool balls for testing and now comes centering it. It might work
This brilliance stuff.. Life changing. The way the light reflects all different colors on it is incredible
First real success at engraving an image. I've had such trouble with this in the past but after watching Alex's video and messing with settings was able to get a pretty decent outcome. Thanks @admin
Working on doing fingerprint engravings on the rings I sell. I think I need to clean up the image more. Any tips or suggestions would be great! (finger print Pic in lightburn is sideways not on purpose. Just the way it uploaded here.)
Is this a mirror problem? Not sure what's causing this.. (60w, big red, omtech). Different results around the bed especially with the front right side.
These black Stainless Steel cups + co2 look incredible. I urge everyone to try it out!
Anyone have a good copper coin setting for a white engrave? (30w raycus) thanks!
Thinking about getting a diode laser. Any recommendations? Looking for the best bang for the buck. Mainly for just dark engravings on wood since my Co2 isn't really getting me that. I currently have an old neje 7w but it not being compatible with LB sucks
Love the ways these come out. Handmade Jack Daniel's pens with engraved clip/case (fiber) and engraved Humidors (Co2) . Couple of the most popular gift items in my shop.
Been working on my Yeti game. I'm usually a fan of all black but there's something to the this blue and silver engrave..
Hey all! I have a buddy who has a customer who needs an Urn engraved. He reached out to me but I don't trust myself doing it lol but if anyone wants to take the job, I'd be more then happy to send the info. Up to you how much to charge and so on.
Created a custom themed ring and box. engraved the wooden box with co2 and filled the wolf in with white glow powder and then used the fiber to engrave the tungsten ring. Glow powder + laser engraving is pretty awesome.
