Hi here,

I had a 30W Raycus fiber laser marking machine, and I replaced the laser source with a 50W Raycus.

Everything was perfect until all of the configuration got reseted. Now the issue is that when I draw a 20mmx20mm square, the actual result is 25mmx25mm, and thats because all if the configurations are reseted.

I reinstalled the software but all of the laser configurations resets after a while again. It’s okay for some

time but it keeps reseting, and I have to delete the software and bring back the company backup.

Does anyone know what is the possible reason?
