my machine has been here in my shop for 3 days.....argggg I am so frustrated. I am working nights and have stayed up for hours this morning trying to figure out what is going on...Estop is not engaged, can hear fan, turn on scan switch, nothing happens, press fiber laser button and it turns green and hear it fire up. there are no red allignment lights, or red dot for laser...I am confused what happened...did this thing actually fail after 3 days and maybe 5 test burns?

You didn't leave the lens cap on, did you? Happens a lot!
