Cloudray has improved over the last 12 or so months. There was a time where they were selling bad PSUs with their machines and it took them a VERY long time to acknowledge and fix it. It's been a little better since then. I like buying laser parts from cloudray but usually recommend other sellers for machines despite our affiliate relationship we have with cloudray. That said you can't beat the price.
