They're shown together in the main blog feed but only yours are listed under the blog tab on your profile. If you plan on publishing a blog regularly I would recommend serializing them. Al's Blog #01, Al's Blog #02 etc. You can link to your blogs page of your profile at the end of each as well to show people where they can find more if interested.
