This event takes place online and we’ll send you links and details for accessing the presentations after you register. As long as you have access to the internet, you can enjoy the workshops in the comfort of your own home (and in pajamas if you prefer!).
All workshops will start at 9 am CST and be available for free until 9 am CST the following day.
Day 3's done and so is the event. I watched a couple, "bail"ed on a few and the one on recipe boards was decent. They're using rubberwood cutting boards for their product. They're light in color, seem to engrave well and are inexpensive.
Day 2 in the books! Houston Acrylics did a nice one on the infinity mirror and there was a good one on leather. Other notables were door hangers and acrylic key chains. The entire event is sponsored by GlowForge so there's a heavy GlowForge and XTool presence.
Ok, I went thru Day 1 in about 3 1/2 hours. They're all pre-recorded and 15-30 mins long each. I only watched the ones that interested me, had no interest in silicone lunch boxes, scoring or the "glowforge aura". Neon signs were interesting and a new idea for me.
I have quite a bit going too, but I'll check out some of it. If it doesn't seem useful I'll Bail (pun intended - the gal putting it on's name is Bail).
@vinny yikes! that's a bit excessive, even more so since you've already signed up. I have not signed up. I have a lot going on from this weekend until the third week of October.
Have you signed up? The gal that's putting it on is a bit over excited with it. I have to be getting 5-6 emails a day about it and to sign up (which I already did) then there's the messenger messages.
