The Market is OPEN for Testing! FAQ

If you missed yesterday’s big announcement, the Market is officially open for testing purposes! We’re welcoming and encouraging those of you who are patient and not particularly risk averse to feel free to make purchases starting today! Before you start shopping though, there’s a few things you should know.

What’s For Sale?

A lot! Over 145 vendors have uploaded everything from machines to training sessions and fixtures to digital files! Looking for an adjustable focal stick? We have that. UV Laser? We have that too! Explore the site and discover what our friends from the community and trusted vendors have to offer.

How do I report issues?

We tried to make reporting issues as easy as possible. If you’re reporting a small defect such as a CSS/styling problem, text that’s hard to read, or something not loading right, you can report it with the Feedback Form linked in the footer of every page. If your issue is more serious we encourage you to either share it in the MRX Customer group linked below OR in our Marketplace forum on the MakerREMIX website. Both are linked below. We’re actively monitoring these spaces so we can identify and help you resolve serious issues including but not limited to transaction issues, refunds, and other issues like your account status or problems with your order.

Are there any known issues?

YES. There are a few known issues that may affect your shopping experience as we are in TESTING mode and hunting for new bugs right now:

- The “Brands” link in the top menu doesn’t currently work

- Some CSS isn’t correct on mobile leading to white text on white background

- Some product photos on mobile may be stretched or skewed

- Quick add-to-cart button on mobile isn’t rendering correctly on listings pages

- When adding more than a quantity of one of a specific item in check out sometimes calculation errors occur resulting in an incorrect total being shown to the customer. This is currently our top priority and is being worked on.
