Seems like people are having issues with stretched storefront covers or weird stuff going on with their profiles. I'm attaching our photoshop templates for both the profile and cover photo for your storefront. We recommend jpg.

If you want the dimensions directly they are:

Profile: 500px x 500px | JPG Recommended

Cover: 3100px x 700px | JPG Recommended

Cover photos are designed to be high quality renders of the submitted graphics and support displays of up to 4K without scaling!
